Win32's WIN32_FIND_DATAA: one directory entry, as FindFirstFileA and FindNextFileA fill it.

The narrow form, whose names come through the process code page and so cannot express every name a file system
can hold. Rux/FileSystem enumerates through the wide entry points instead; this is here so a caller reaching
for the A family directly can name the record they take.
The fields are private: the layout is Microsoft's and reading it is the enumerating code's business.
